Summary:

Provide oversight to the business run SharePoint application and site development efforts.
Strong experience working on large, Enterprise SharePoint Development projects.(Intranet portals).
Will help author Developer Guidelines that specify what is and is not permissible during SharePoint development cycle: (re: things like Provider Hosted Web Applications, full trust server-side code, client side object model-based development, term store usage, managed metadata usage, etc.)
Will lead and drive development projects.
Will lead local and offshore development teams.
Develop and maintain best practices during development lifecycle.
