Job Description:

Networking Engineer LAN/WAN

Security Firewalls, NAC, Authentication, auditing, authorization, proxy, latency for remote locations. Routes, Wireless access and Wireless management, Cisco Switches.

IP Telepony not hands on Yes, deployment of IP Telephony (how to route across WR network)

Security logs, associate events and ensuring the necessary actions are taken.

Proactive network management and monitoring.

Supporting and managing remote offices from Network POV

High level view of topology, access and security, monitoring basic monitoring capability

HA and redundancy of network

Good interpersonal skills, some PM background (deploy in 15 offices pls give date that is set in stone).

Branch and regional office support.

 

DVPN Dynamic VPN

Proxy for content filtering, WAN acceleration and App Acceleration and optimization.

 

Not fresh grad need min 8 years of exp. Seasoned, reliable, based in DC

Some degree of travel (3 year plan to cover every office).

Strong documentation.

Strong initiative.

Proactive thinking outsides of the box, bring options to the table.
