Position: Remedy Developer

Contract to hire position. ( after 6 months)

Location: Baltimore, MD

Description:

 

Our client in the Baltimore, MD area is looking for two (2) Remedy Developers to join their team on a contract to hire basis.

***Remedy Development with version 7.6 is very important.

Requirements:

·          The scope of work is to provide Remedy ITSM 7.6 development/engineering support.

·          A successful candidate must have experience developing on the AR System platform with experience in architecting custom applications and modifying ITSM applications.

·          Ability to format and load data into the Remedy applications.

·          Experience with upgrading patch management for the Remedy applications. Must have refined customer service and communication skills.

·          Ability to maintain documentation. 

·          Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired:

·          SQL, MS Access, Reporting Tools (Crystal, SSRS, SSAS), ITIL Foundations. 

Education:

·           An undergraduate degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology or a computer related field with minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience.

***Candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance***
