Position 1: Data Warehouse Tester
Location: Baltimore, MD
Description:
Responsibilities:

*          Supports the gathering and analysis of user needs to determine
functional requirements.  Performs functional allocation to identify
required tasks and their interrelationships.  Identifies resources required
for each task.  Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability,
develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans,
procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates
subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other
organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive
subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate
system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration
regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software,
components, subsystems and systems. Possesses strong oral and written
communication skills. Possesses SDLC experience and manages appropriate
levels of documentation as required. Acts as a lead and is responsible for
supporting the accomplishment of schedule milestone and deliverables.
*          Perform ETL Testing using Informatica.
*          Perform Report Testing using Microstrategy.
*          Develop test plans and test cases based on ability to review and
understand business and functional requirements.
*          Execute test cases, document results and review with development.
*          Track defects to closure and retest as needed.
*          Conduct Peer Reviews and Walkthroughs

Position 2: Java/J2EE Developer  

  5+ years/degree

Requirements:

·          The candidate must have experience with integrated development environment.

·          Experience in JAVA development using Web Sphere.

·          Experience With Struts AJAX or Web 2.0.

·          Experience working in WebSphere Application Developer (WSAD).

·          SQL and relational database background, a basic understanding of the use of and struts.
