SAP BI LEAD

Job:
BI Skills
Lead definition of technical requirements for ongoing systems maintenance and future functionality.
Interface with users and Business Analysts to clarify system requirements and/or necessary application enhancements.
Develop and maintain system and report technical design documentation.
Use SAP Business Warehouse query tools, Business Objects tools or SAP Visual Composer tool to design, create and upgrade required reports.
Responsible for Extraction, Transformation and Loading of Data (ETL) of data external data into BW
Responsible for creating Info Packages to create process chains and scheduling of data loads.
Required to provide consulting services in a technical and/or trainer capacity to management and technical staff.
Development of new datasources, infosources, ODS, master data and infocubes
Responsible to make sure data accuracy in final reports
Experience astechnical project lead; providing leadership, work guidance and/or on-the-job training to less experienced personnel is an advantage
 
General Skills
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience in SAP BW/BI Solutions
Experience with SAP Portal, SAP NetWeaver Java stack, Web Services etc.
Experience and ability to gather functional needs of reporting from customers
Good interpersonal skills to interact with client and team members
Good communication skills
Good leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel
Ability to work as part of team and independently
