A Web Infrastructure Engineer is needed to work with a team
responsible to deliver and maintain web middleware infrastructure in support
of business initiatives (projects).

Specific activities and associated deliverables include:
gathering environment requirements and delivering environment designs,
strategy and implementation plans to build, configure and support the
environment. Sound technical capabilities are required to perform these
activities

BS in CS or Engineering
required.
Responsibilities:
(High-level overview)
* Work with support teams
to create/configure new middleware instances required by the project.
* Work with team leads to
automate installation steps with scripts and BladeLogic
* Automate or improve
existing automation to monitor baseline on new instances
* Perform troubleshooting
and/or configuration changes to resolve middleware issues

skill: Mid-level (3-7 yrs)
skills:

Recent hands-on experience with Web Infrastructure platform:
o
webMethods 7.x
o
WebLogic 10.3.x
o
Apache
o
Tomcat
o
UNIX (Solaris, Linux- SuSE and Redhat)

Strong Plus to have:
o
Oracle SOA Suite 11g;
o
FUSE
o
IBM MQ
o
monitoring tool (CA IntroScope, SysEDGE, HPOV) experience

* Strong UNIX experience,
strong UNIX shell scripting skill
* Flexible to work in
shifts as needed to support project team's support need
* Strong verbal and
written communication skills.
* Must be organized and
detail-oriented.
* Team player attitude
* Ability to interact
with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and
tactful manner.
* Determination,
development, and testing of installation procedures to be used in the
release, distribution, and installation.
* Update the systems
integration and implementation documentation as designs, architectures, and
plans evolve.
* Participate in meetings
with technical staff to discuss issues in plans and strategies
* Knowledge of
infrastructure / network components (Big Ip, 3DNS, Firewalls/Routers, TAM,
LDAP)
* Knowledge of SOX and
ITGC.
* Use of ClearCase
* Use of Remedy
Incident/Problem/Change Management modules
