Description

Technical Lead - Oracle Real Time Decision (RTD)

Job Description:

The RTD Technical Lead will be the key person providing all RTD Development, Production support and RTD

environment upgrade/maintenance support at TIAA-CREF. RTD lead will work closely with business and technical teams

to gather requirements facilitate design and lead development and deployment. RTD lead will be the mentor for TIAA-CREF resources.

Required Skills:

8+ years of overall IT experience working with J2EE platform and Java application development lifecycle

Strong core java skills: Java, J2EE, XML, JavaScript, Web Services, J2EE Design Patterns, Web Logic Sever, Workshop/Eclipse IDE

3+ years of experience with designing/developing/implementing RTD inline services

2 3 full life cycle RTD implementation experience with RTD 11g version.

Experience developing and supporting RTD Inline service.

Experience troubleshooting performance and other issues.

Experience and good understanding of RTD architecture in a WebLogic clustered environment

Experience integrating RTD service with external facing web application is a plus

Experience interpreting data captured by RTD to create performance matrix.

Good understanding of Oracle and Teradata data sources.

Preferred Skills:

5+ years of Siebel application experience including configuration and integration

At least one end to end experience integrating Siebel application with RTD

Knowledge of writing and tuning Stored Procedures will be an advantage.
