Job Description:

Production support of all Web Applications

Daily activity

Run daily scrum meetings

Working with customers for FIX requests facilitate incident reporting

Go into the sytems to replicate then fix

Work with development teams and delivery teams to fix issues

Fixes mostly likely go into next months release

Responsible for testing when fix is returned then work with users (UAT)

Can either work with QA team, is do it themselves

Target start: Feb 1

Wants someone to come in and take true ownership of the team and run it current consultant is missing this quality
