Job Description:

Technical Requirements:

Requires a minimum of 7 years professional experience as an Oracle database administrator

Leading the design and development of data models

Development of Extract Transform and Load (ETL) jobs to transform data from multiple platforms

Monitoring and tuning of system performance

Leading as technical data/database architect, including leadership within a matrixed organization

Providing technical expertise to setup and tune large complex data marts

The development and implementation of enterprise ETL Best Practices

Environment (database, application, storage) tuning using online performance monitoring, statistical reporting and ad-hoc queries

Database, application and system troubleshooting

Configuration of Oracle environments

Developing interfaces to other database platforms, especially Microsoft SQL Server

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired skills:

Financial institution (FDIC, OCC Treasury, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac) experience with banking and mortgages is beneficial.

Education and years of experience:

BS Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or other technical field

Advanced degree or technical certifications a plus
