Job Description:

This position will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the following HP products:

HP Business Service Manager

HP Real User Monitor

HP Business Process Monitor

This position will be responsible for implementing End User Monitoring and Synthetic Transaction

Monitoring to support or Federal Government Subsidiaries.

Job Requirements:

This position will require the following:

Advanced Experience with maintaining and/or implementing HP Business Service Manager.

Advanced Experience with maintaining and/or implementing HP Business Process Monitor.

Advanced Experience with maintaining and/or implementing HP Real User Monitor.

Familiarity with the Windows Server Operating System

Familiarity with the Red Hat Linux Operating System

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
