Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics for topics/projects.
- Identifying data for any new projects/analysis.
- Responsible for data quality, accuracy and timeliness.
- Data backup and up to date data maintenance.
- Testing and verification of data.
- Ability to summarize millions of transactions within limited time.
- Provides meaningful analysis based on available data.
- Deep dive into data to perform multilevel analysis.
- Foresee further analysis and be ready.
- Communicate any delay or challenges.
- Responsible for metric files/folders in Enterprise Document Management system.
- Present the analysis to internal and external teams.
- Explain data from a business perspective and relevance to Key Performance Indicators.

Required skills/qualifications:

- BA/BS degree and 5 years business analysts experience.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to audiences of all levels.
- Ability to formulate implementation options and help achieve win-win solutions

for internal stakeholders, Customers and Partners.
- Ability to identify and analyze complex programs, processes and tools.
- Works independently with minimal supervision required.
- Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive and plans for future steps.
- Effective in planning and commitment to deadlines.
- Ready to try out-of-box ideas for data analysis.
- Adapts to new tools.

Experiences:

- Experience in the Technology Services Industry.
- Strong understanding of industry business processes related to service product lifecycle, sales, order fulfillment, billing and service cycle
Analytics.
- Tools: Excel (modeling, charts, pivot tables, etc), PowerPoint, Business Objects, IB 360, BI Caf, Tableau
- Statistical and reporting background.
- - Problem Solving, analytical mind, Business Intelligence, Promotes active listening with team members.
- Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging.
- Strong partnering, influencing & communication skills for all levels (i.e. individuals at the peer, management and executive level)
- Understands how various issues affect each other and the outcome of projects.
- Improves upon existing approaches by seeking opportunities to creatively

transform current industry practices into fresh alternative solutions.
- Strength in structured problem solving methodologies (i.e. DMAIC).
