Job Description:
Responsibilities:
This role will lead PM responsibilities for the program, managing efforts across work stream teams.
Ensure adequate and consistent project management is provided for all work streams
Build and manage the community of project and program managers - both direct and virtual team members
and drive coordination, partnership and knowledge sharing across the team to create efficiencies and support for work stream leads.
Maintain and fortify a communication plan proven to identify and raise project delivery issues
and risks for mediation, resolution or escalation to the appropriate level on a timely basis. Foster accountability
of cross-functional team leads to resolve project issues and ensure project success.
Define and drive master integrated scheduling processes and program/project status reporting.
Define and drive program change control
Drive program Quality Management
Manage, govern and maintain program/project decisions, assumptions and lessons learned.
Primary Skills:
Intermediate/Expert Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Bachelors degree required.
PMP Certification strongly preferred
Solid project management skills deploying large-scale systems implementations in a fast based unstructured environment.
Sound understanding of IT technology concepts. Must have a basic understanding of software architectures, MS products, development tools, SDLC, etc.
A strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the group while managing the tactical components of running the daily business.
Balance daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans.
Demonstrated expertise using written & verbal communication skills to distill technology projects into
understandable and compelling executive level presentations
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with senior non-technical team members.
Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment.
Ability to recognize and resolve conflict.
Experience and comfort presenting concepts to senior executives.
Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team members.
Secondary Skills:
Knowledge of Dynamic AX is a plus
