Description:

The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team. The Programmer works with the Functional Architect and Technical Architecture Specialist on an as needed basis to ensure that design and code meets customer requirements.

- Experience in Database design of relational databases and database normalization Required 8 Years
- Experience as a SQL Server database developer(writing T SQL, stored procedures, optimizing queries by execution plan etc Required 5 Years
- Experience in data cleansing/conversion using scripts in SQL server Required 4 Years
- Experience in ETL/Automations using integration services (SSIS) Required 2 Years
- Experience in Data Warehouse using SQL server 2008/2012 Required 2 Years
- MUST be able to understand and enforce SQL server standards in creation and deployment of new database objects Required 3 Years
- Experience in SQL Server security and maintenance of security objects Required 3 Years
- Experience with object promotion strategies between databases in different environments-dev, test, QA,production Required 4 Years
- Experience in working with large databases of 300 GB or greater Required 4 Years
- MUST have the ability to see problems and solutions from an enterprise perspective Required 6 Years
- Experience mentoring staff not familiar with relational database concepts Required 5 Years
- Experience with flat file and index table database construction as used in mainframe databases Required 5 Years
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written Required
