Job Description:

·         Responsible for the supporting several tasks and supporting the development and quality assurance team.

·         Develop and delivery of technical information related to business applications to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate formats via print and online mediums. Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create solutions for specific access management business problems.

·         Will be responsible for writing user stories and breaking user stories into tasks. Will be responsible for facilitating tasks.

Experience:

·         Senior level Business Analyst with a strong technical background. Prior development experience

would be a huge plus.

·         Served as "lead" BSA on multiple project lifecycles; Significant experience in industry (3+ years)

·         5+ years experience with Financial Services clients

·         Must have a strong Agile/Scrum background.

·         Must have strong knowledge of web services, XML, Restful APIs, Java, JSP, J2EE, JDBC, EJB,

JavaScript, HTML, XML, Weblogic, SPRING, JSON .

·         Must have experience working with the architects, developers and quality assurance teams.

·         Must be able to write user stories that are very technical.

·         5+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases or projects

·         Must have backlog grooming techniques

·         Demonstrated experience leading requirements, data and systems analysis

·         Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills

·         Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels; Ability to communicate technical issues

to non-technical individuals

·         Coordinating others work while involved with multiple work streams

·         Deep knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures

·         Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, business process design (5yrs.+)

·         Lean/Agile development experience (3+ yrs) QA experience preferred

·         Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members);

Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals

·         Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges

·         Demonstrated experience to influence and coordinate third parties and suppliers
