1. PeopleSoft GL, AP, PO, C&G - Knowledge of PeopleSoft tables and
2. OBIEE knowledge
3. Good listening, verbal and written communication for functional and technical audiences.

Business Analyst Job Duties
1. Business Requirements - Interview and document requirements from subject matter experts. Define business questions, data needs and report mock-ups (sometimes through prototyping within OBIEE).
2. Data Analysis - Work with Data Analysts and Technical Lead to identify appropriate PeopleSoft GL,C&G, AP, PO source tables and logic for financial data. Understand how users want to see the data
3. Testing - Perform data validation and report validation with technical team before User Acceptance Testing. Develop test scripts.
4. UAT Testing Prepare UAT materials and facilitate testing with users. Manage assignment of testing for enhancement/bugs found in UAT testing.
5. Project Planning Working with the Technical Lead and Project Manager, make recommendations for packaging of enhancements and new data/report development for each sprint.
6. Training and Communication Work with the Training/Communications lead and functional representatives to provide content for webinars, training, demonstrations, etc.
