Requirements:

Experience with UI Development

Experience with HTML5

Experience with CSS3

Experience with Object Oriented Javascript not just utilizing jQuery for validation or animation and advanced concepts like prototypal inheritance, closure and variable scope

Experience with client side debugging using Firebug, Chrome Web Developer, Fiddler, etc.

Must have experience with HTML5 local storage

Experience with data replication

Experience working with RESTful Web Services and AJAX

Experience working in a .NET environment

Proficiency with source control/version control systems. TFS is preferred.
