Description:

Performs product design tasks of a moderate to high complexity which require research and analysis Interact with key business partners and process owners to assess and define needs Perform system design and specification development, program logic and flow-charting, testing, debugging, and documentation Works independently and with supervisory review on moderate to highly complex programming tasks. Provides analysis of problems and recommends solutions. Prepares program specifications and develops coding logic flowcharts Participates in client interactions, possibly with more senior team members, to develop system solutions to business problems Works within established procedures to develop, test, implement, and maintain application software Mentors more junior developers and may lead projects as needed Able to along with and work well with others

5+ years programming experience using Lotus Domino version 7 and above Experience with Formula Language, LotusScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX Experience integrating Oracle, Active Directory, and other technologies with Lotus Domino Prefer experience with Java, XPages, JS Frameworks, LDAP, Domino Administration Business Objects, Informatica, and/or SharePoint skills are a plus.
