Job Title: SAP HR (Payroll) Consultant

Location: Crystal, Minnesota

Duration: 6+ Months

Visa Type: GC/US Citizen and EAD


Job Description:


As a Payroll Configuration Analyst, you will serve as a resource for the technical configuration of SAP. This position works closely with

the Payroll Manager to develop, test and document processes and information for Payroll processing in the U.S. and Canada. Position

is responsible for U.S. and Canadian


SAP Payroll configuration including the following:


Payroll calculation rules, operations andschema Time evaluation rules, operations and schema (US only) Wage Types Garnishments Process Models

Wage type  posting


Payroll calendars CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) Canadian tax withholding SAP HR Support Package testing for payroll

module and development of scenarios for test purposes Technical owner of internal time evaluation application using SAP Cross

Application Time Sheet Coordination and execution of Canadian year-end T4, T4A and Releve 1 employee forms as well as tax filing to

federal/provincial taxing authorities Payroll liaison to Benefits, Compensation, Human Resources Service Center and Human

Resources Information Systems for the implementation/testing of any improvements or new developments Responsible for responding

and completing all incident tickets (via vendor action request software) relating to the technical payroll processing within 48 hours.


Provide technical back up support to Payroll Manager and responsible for immediately identifying all technical payroll errors and

escalating to Manager for resolution if required.


Data Integrity Works with Human Resources Information Systems and Information

Systems teams to ensure processes are working correctly Provides configuration support, as appropriate Helps coordinate efforts

across functions for technical needs to ensure impacts on the system as a whole are being evaluated Identify and create audits to

ensure accurate processing and develop action plans for process improvement, to include system redesign or training needs

Training/Documentation Work with trainer to document processes/info and/or knowledge transfer for Payroll Operations,

Payroll Accounting and Payroll Tax.


Responsibilities:


Minimum Requirements: - SAP payroll configuration expertise required - SAP time evaluation expertise preferred - Bachelors degree in

Accounting, Business, Business Administration, or CIS (Computer Information Systems) - 4 years of experience - Baseline knowledge

of payroll required.
