Position: Z/OS System Administrator (190712-MAGBAL)

Location: BROOKLYN, Ohio

Duration: 3 months+

 

Required Skills :
1. Host On-Demand needs to understand the following HOD pieces and resolve problems.
a. Client uses an HTML Based model
b. Cache Client.
c. Managing sessions
2. CA XCOM Data Transport for z/OS and needs to have an understanding of the following
a. How XCOM z/OS TYPE=DEST definitions work
b. Have understanding of how CA XCOM for z/OS interacts with CA XCOM Data Transport for Windows Server.
3.Printer support, needs to be able to support these printers.
a. AXIS box attached printers
b. JES2 printers.
c. LRS VPS printers both VTAM and IP connected.
d. HOD attached printers
4.TCP/IP needs to understand TCP/IP and TELNET

Understanding of XCOM z/OS TYPE=DEST definitions and how they work
Have understanding of how CA XCOM for z/OS interacts with CA XCOM Data Transport for Windows Server.
