MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
X Minimum 10 years development experience, 8 of that developing custom Microsoft based applications for Pocket PC 2003 and above.
X Development experience using .NET 2.0 compact framework, Bluetooth, XML, and SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server CE 2.0/3.0 replication
X Able to produce detail design documentation to professional standards.
X Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and exhibit a team oriented approach.
X Demonstrated experience and knowledge of best practices in change management and deployments.
X Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work independently and be self-directed.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :
X Strong ability of comprehending and interpreting legacy code written in VB 6 and eVC++ 3.0
X Demonstrated experience and ability carrying out business analysis and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
X Experience developing for Intermec mobile devices.
