Position: Application Packager

Location: Baltimore, MD (downtown)

Description: long-term contract

This is a C2C position.

Our client, a leader in the Energy Industry, has an immediate opening for an application packager to join their team in a contract role.

Requirements:

*          Experience with AdminStudio 6 or later or similar packaging tools.

*          Experience packaging, re-packing or customizing software for installation and deployment.

*          Experience with application delivery product such as LANDesk.

*          In-depth knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems.

*          Strong knowledge of Windows registry.

*          Strong knowledge of security principles and the securing of Windows XP and Windows 7.

*          Experience with scripting and automation tools.

*          Experience with application and desktop virtualization technologies (a plus).

*          Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

*          At least 5+ years of professional experience, preferably all concentrated in application packaging and deployment.

*          Must have good oral and written communications skills, excellent organizational and teamwork skills, and be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
