Position: SQL Developer / Performance Tester

Location: Baltimore, MD

Description: 6 month contract, possible extensions

This is a C2C position

Required Skills: SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Knowledge of Web Services, Scripting language (Ruby/Python/Powershell/Perl) Oracle SQL Developer, Performance testing, Knowledge of Quality center (for logging and managing defects).

Desired Skills: SoapUI, LoadRunner, TIBCO, Knowledge of JMS queues, Oracle CC&B and Oracle MDM.

The candidate should be able to review the high level requirements for performance testing and work with the subject matter experts to get detailed requirements.

He/she will have to generate high volume of test data needed for performance testing, create XML files based on raw data and invoke Web Services using the xml files generated.

He/she will also review Performance test approach and Performance test requirements and based on this:

•             Help create performance test conditions and expected results.

•             Help define test cycles for the performance test.

•             Generate test data needed for the tests
