Position: Senior Lodestar Developer

Location: Baltimore, MD

Rate: $60/hr

Description: 6 month to extend.

Our client, a leader in the Energy Industry, has an immediate opening for a Sr. Lodestar Developer to join their team in a contract role. 

Responsibilities:

·          Design and implement solution frameworks and reusable components

·          Help define requirements for the implementation on new/existing platforms and reusable components

·          Create standards and design patterns

·          Work closely with internal IT and business staff.

·          Provides subject matter expertise on platforms, patterns and standards.

Requirements:

·          Strong Architectural skills

·          MUST have prior experience in the Energy industry

·          6+ years of Lodestar experience

·          Strong Microsoft skills

·          C#

·          Web services/XML

·          MS framework

·          Expert in Oracle (PL/SQL)

·          Excellent communication skills

·          Ability to find creative solutions when options are limited.

·          Team player.

·          Ability to communicate technical content to non-technical audiences.

·          8-10 years of experience in IT- Application Development.

·          3 years of experience with designing solutions and architecture.

Requirements:

·          Strong programming skills

·          1 to 3 years of Lodestar experience

·          Strong Microsoft skills

·          C# and ASP.net

·          Web services/XML

·          MS framework

·          Strong in relational databases Oracle (PL/SQL)/ SQL server

·          Excellent communication skills

·          Quick learner

·          Creative thinking

·          Commitment to quality

·          Team player

·          Ability to communicate technical content to non-technical audiences

·          B.S in Computer science or Information Systems.

·          1-3 years of experience in IT- Application Development.

·          Energy Industry experiences a plus.
