BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

Location: Irvine : CA

Rate: $57/hr.

This is not a C2C position .( GC/Citizens/EAD/TN visa/H1 transfers eligible)

The BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST would be responsible for the following:

Sr. Business Process Analyst with over 8 years of experience in diverse industries like Ecommerce, Banking and Finance
Strong experience required for Business Process Re-Engineering
Perform business process design, process re-engineering, along with the overall design of the process flow for the overall business operations.
Conduct Gap/Fit analysis to compare As-Is with To-Be business processes.
Conduct regular JAD sessions within the team, across cross functional teams.
Change Control Management.
Perform GAP analysis for finding out breaks in current process, suggesting new process.
Business process flows, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, System Design documents,
Business Requirements (BR), Business Process Design (BPD) documentation, Training documents and UAT Guides.


Are you interested? The ideal BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST will possess the following:

Extensive experience in Web Service, Web based projects
Experience in developing Activity diagram, UX Schematics, Use Case Models, and Data Flow Models, Entity Relationship diagrams (ERD), Sequence, Class Diagrams and Analysis models.
Performing cost-benefit analysis, ROI (Return on Investment) Analysis, GAP Analysis,
Impact Analysis (Process & Business), Risk Analysis and SWOT Analysis
Performing project initiatives for business process re-engineering, business work flow, new business process development and extensive systems integration with new technologies.
Leading business reviews, approvals and ensuring the process flows and requirements are meeting all expectations.
Develop and create activity flows, business process diagrams and business re-engineering diagrams within MS Visio, while developing the actual presentations in PowerPoint, then presenting the demos to all the business stakeholders, business users, etc
Create demo presentations within MS Visio and PowerPoint regarding new process designs, process re-engineering and overall process efficiency improvement ideas to all necessary stakeholders, business users, etc
Work closely with the Product Owners, Scrum Team, Stakeholders, Development Team, Project Manager and various SMEs to gather the Business Requirement and convert them into a living BRD.
Creating Mocks ups for the activity flows based on business requirements.
Identify & document Software Requirements Specification (SRS) by using UML, created
Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagram and Dataflow Diagrams with the use of Enterprise Architect and MS Visio.
Experience in using SharePoint to maintain requirement repositories
Use SharePoint for version control and defect tracking activities.
Experience with Content Management tools. Work on data feed and various content change based on the business requirements.
Managing Change Requests
Identify & document Software Requirements Specification (SRS) using UML created Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagram and Dataflow Diagrams with the use of Enterprise Architect, MS Visio & Rational Rose.
Assist in creating and reviewing test plan & test cases and conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare the Mockups using Dreamweaver
Thorough understanding of SDLC and experience managing requirements using Agile (SCRUM), RUP, Waterfall
