Title: Web Architect - IT Web Architect – Senior

 

Location: BRIDGEWATER, New Jersey

Duration: 6 months

Expertise in various Web technologies, including J2EE Application Servers, , Web Services, Java, JavaScript, HTML, SSL, C/C++, Perl, CGI, , security (firewalls/encryption products), Web Servers, browsers, and various third party utilities and tools for integrating Web applications with databases and legacy systems.In-depth knowledge of at least one industry-leading database environment, such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Sybase is required. Knowledge of multidimensional or object oriented DBMS is highly desirable. Must have ability to analyze and learn rapidly changing Web-related technologies and apply them as part of integrated solutions to business requirements, as well as work experience in the software development process including requirements gathering and analysis, design, selection of tools and technologies, release and version control, testing methodologies and deployment management. May require a Bachelors degree in a related area and 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead or direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager

This position requires skills/experience in leading eBusiness development methods/processes (Extensive experience in Agile Methodologies/Modeling methodologies e.g. personas, storyboards, uses cases, wireframes, style guides/Heuristic Evaluation/Usability Testing & Focus Groups) as well as past experience in functional design, business process creation, and implementation.
