Relevant Experience (Yrs) : Overall 5+ years of experience with
minimum 3+ years of exp in MarkLogic development.
Necessary Skills : * Strong Java and XML development
skills, including J2EE and XPath/XQuery and XSLT is a must.
* Strong experience with MarkLogic XML Server.
* Web services (SOAP and RESTful) - interactions with MarkLogic
server.
* XCC (MarkLogic proprietary middleware)
* MarkLogic Content Processing Framework.
Desired Skills * Ability to work independently as
well as with various size teams.
* Good communication skills.
* Experience in Agile development methodology
Roles & Responsibilities : * Translate customer
requirements into defined specifications and work with the Engineering team
to develop the right product.
* Develop and maintain the software product by working with
Information architect, UI designer, product management, business analyst,
software developers, and architects.
* Work closely with designer to implement user experience.
Generic Managerial Skills : * Able to plan/track
tasks/activities
Education : BS in computer science or related field
preferred.
