REQUIRED SKILLS:

-Excellent with analysis and design of MS SharePoint 10

-Familiar with Microsoft stack & products

-Experienced in Agile development techniques

-Solid consulting skills.

-Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

-Strong working knowledge of content types, site columns, and list templates

in SharePoint

-Strong working knowledge of master pages, themes, page layouts, and

CSS/XSLT in SharePoint

-Thorough knowledge of social collaboration features in SharePoint: blogs,

wikis, discussions, tags, note boards, etc.

-5+ years of web design and development

-3+ years of SharePoint Design

-Comfortable working in a startup/entrepreneurial environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Previous experience designing sites and components in a SharePoint 2010

environment is required for this candidate to completely understand the

design limitations and challenges within the SharePoint Server platform.

-Focused on delivering business value through the design and delivery of

engaging user experiences within technology products.

-This role will primarily consist of design/development work and

collaboration with other members of the product team.

-Provide guidance on design approaches and recommendations within

SharePoint, create wireframes and mockups for review, and help the product

team implement approved designs.

-Create compelling user experiences that simplify complex process

methodologies.

-Design engaging interfaces and graphic elements for SharePoint and Project

Server products.

-Implement solution designs using HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript

-Collaborate with SMEs, and developers to create quality products.

-This position requires a thorough understanding of the benefits and

challenges associated with leveraging technologies such as HTML, XML, CSS,

and JavaScript.

-Preferred candidates will possess comprehensive knowledge of user interface

design and experience with information architecture concepts, content

management processes, and site navigation strategies.

-The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with a passion for

design and user experiences.
