Description:

-7-8 years of Database administration experience

- can be a mix of technical system administrator of databases and PM, but needs to be hardworking.

-Preferred skill set: professional in Microsoft suite, hands on Oracle DB software, experience in SQL server, Unix administration, DB design.

-Resource should be on top of his/her best - technical + communication skills:

Communication:

- Proficient, smart and strong communicator;

- High work/business ethics;

- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment with frequent deadlines;

- Multitasker;

- Comfortable to work in multinational team.

Technical:

-End-to-end project provisioning: resource optimization, project scheduling and costing;

- Issues escalations, environment deliverable on a daily basis;

-Strong coordination skills; logical analysis;

-Extensive experience and DB/technical infrastructure knowledge;

-Project planning , development and troubleshooting;

- Monitoring and optimizing of database performance

- Maintaining strong database security level;

-Implementation of data models;

-Performance and capacity issues.
