Title : Service Asset & Configuration Analyst (51716 - BIAS -IOM -SANR)

Location : San Ramon,CA

Duration: Long Term

 Qualifications and Requirements: 

 4 years working as a configuration analyst, asset data management, data management or equivalent role

4 years (minimum) experience in ServiceNow Asset and Configuration  Modules, and Discovery

 Asset and Configuration Management best practices

 Solid working knowledge ITSM data structures

 Audit and compliance remediation

ITIL Foundation certified, - preferably ITIL v3 Intermediate certified,

 Responsibilities:

Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows, JavaScripts, custom UI, groups, roles. 

 Implementing service requests based on customer requirements using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service.

Utilizing scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate tasks being done in ServiceNow.

Evaluates asset records and configuration items for usability and effectiveness

Perform verification on Asset Records and CIs - Process requests to add/maintain Asset Records and CIs.

Perform configuration/asset (CMDB) audits partnering with Change Management Manager.
