• Tracking and management of  loan file submissions through SFTP and litzdocs

• Coordinate and track communication between QA and Servicers.

• Monitor Vendor performance to SLA's.

• Perform various administrative functions related to the loan file review       process including

creation and completion of daily tracking reports.

Skill level:

Mid-level (3-7 yrs)

Skills:

Highly efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and within designated time frames.

Ability to identify specific mortgage documents related to loss mitigation workouts.
