Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products
Prioritize continuously after understanding and validating with customers' problems and needs
Demonstrate expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity
Engage frequently (80%) with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions
Own and manage the backlog: partner with functional partner to define and prioritize project backlog - continuously to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1 year of experience translating user requirements in epics/stories.
2 years of experience in Agile development process.
2 years of experience with backlog management tools such as Rally
