Job Title: Salesforce Developer (60915-NEHCHA-IOM-T-ARI)

Job Description: My client is seeking a Salesforce technical consultant.

 

 

 

Required Skills:

 

· Over 5 years of experience in Sales, Service and other Customer Cloud implementations. In addition, strong technical architecture and process mapping skills are essential.
· Technical developer with hands on APEX Coding Knowledge in Salesforce / Force.com Platform.
· Strong technical and functional CRM / Call Center experience in planning, designing, administration and customization of Salesforce.com implementations for Enterprises.
· Good exposure to AppExchange applications.
· Able to find appropriate applications, install and customize.
· Has excellent knowledge about Change Management, Release Planning, Code Deployment and Roll Back Strategies.
· Writing scripts, scheduled jobs to automate processes and to monitor other jobs
· 85% Technical.
· 15% Functional.
· Must have foundational software engineering experience; must understand the sw engineering lifecycle; both Waterfall and Agile.
· Must be able to architect software solutions.
· Should have 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
· Should have 4+ years of experience as a SFDC Developer.
· Must have experience integrating SFDC with other enterprise systems: invoicing, financials, project management.
· The client uses InvoiceIT as their billing system; experience integrating SFDC with InvoiceIT would be outstanding, though not required.
· Candidates must have experience with the SFDC Sales module and the SFDC Product module (product config and build).
· Must be an independent worker.
· Must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
· Must be able to communicate effectively with technical personnel.

 

 

 

VERY IMPORTANT: Candidates must understand and practice software engineering best practices. Must be able to construct (architect) software designs that address the needs of the business. Must be able to then develop from the designs.
