Essential Responsibilities

"Responsible for identifying, defining, and prescribing functional and technical solutions to support complex business process and enterprise architecture requirements.
This responsibility includes applying best practices, managing business expectations, collaboration of solution approaches, and positioning implementations for ongoing success.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

"Engineering degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with strong competencies in data structures and programming.
With a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in supporting business applications and technologies to digitize business processes
3+ years of experience in Siebel
Well versed in configuration, scripting, EAI, workflows, OpenUI
Hands-on experience in two or more of the following technologies: Siebel, PL/SQL, SFDC,Java, J2EE, VB/.Net, C"

Desired Characteristics

"Strong (oral and written) communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong prioritization, quantitative and analytical skills
Experience in designing, implementing and architecting global, large-scale applications, which span multiple countries that meet complex business unit requirements, and preferably in complex enterprise environments
Work experience in SFDC, SugarCRM
