Job Description:

iORMYX INC., is recruiting for their client in Cincinnati, Ohio for a Developer to design and develop new programs, tools and utilities in Java and C++ for the IBM 4690 OS environment as well as design and develop XML-based enhancements to support cashier touch screen interfaces used throughout their enterprise.

The ideal candidates should possess:

4 to 6 years' experience in Java development and XML along with strong practical experience background in C++

Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel and Word.

Proven communication and presentation skills

Bonus Skills:

Prior experience with project planning with medium size or medium level complexity projects

Prior experience providing store support for a customer facing retail application.

Knowledge working with and providing retail support of the IBM 4690 operating system is a plus
