Description:
Document NYEIS Data Mart Logical Design for child, service authorization, provider invoice and third party claiming.
Build Data Mart (Oracle Environment) including creation or alteration of Data Mart schema, and implementing and updating electronic transformation and loading (ETL) Scripts.
Test and review data in the Data Mart.
Develop ETL code to transfer data between NYS and NYC Data Mart; implement ETL; create views on and validate the Data Mart.

Requirements:
1. 84 months experience as a database administrator or data warehouse or datamart architect

2. 84 months experience with Oracle and SQL Server relational database management systems. Experience must include Oracle 10g and SQL Server 2008.

3. 60 months experience with data warehouses, data marts, and dimensional modeling within high-volume, complex environments

4. 60 months experience writing complex stored procedures

5. 60 months experience with data warehouse ETL architecture

6. 60 months experience with test plan development or implementation based on business requirements to ensure that all data warehouse structures and reports meet the need of the business program.

7. 60 months experience with providing data warehouse/data mart end user support, including but not limited to the development of reports

8. 36 months experience with designing and developing a warehouse or data mart from a Curam or other COTS based service delivery, financial, administration, and management application.
