Job Description:

In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for driving below activities:

Work with Sales leadership to provide key decisions for GTM Business Ops for IE Program

Accountable to tasks and responsibilities of GTM Ops Business Transformation Lead as pertaining to IE Programs

Execute on adhoc tasks assigned to GTM Ops Execution Track Lead as pertain to IE Program

Drive Solution discussions with IE Team and Cross-functional Groups related to IE Operating Rules

o Conduct business process changes / improvement discussions with IE Solutions Team and cross-functional capabilities

o Coordinate with IE Cross-functional efforts impacting GTM Ops and include detail mile-stone activities in the overall program plan.

Plan and Conduct discussions / working sessions and document working sessions (White board sessions / surveys / process analysis etc)

Documentation and content preparation (IE Operating Rules) along with IE Business Solutions team / IT and cross-functional capabilities

Analyze and establish IE Business Modeling for business processes in collaboration with IE Business Solutions Team

Support in conducting recurring meetings for status updates as well as to coordinate task execution from analysis perspective

Provide and review the IE Scope Documentation as required ( per release activities) Supplier shall deliver the following Work. As per Cisco Standard templates and CE requirements will provide the following documentation

GTM Ops function weekly status report

GTM Ops function project plan

GTM Business Function Solutions Communication, Presentation and Workshop document package (if required) related to various milestones as part of the IE releases.

BRD inventory

Impacted Policy and manual process inventory

Manual Process Re-engineering documents

Readout on the issues & risks with the mitigation plan

Management of assigned/associated issues and risks and monitoring program milestones to ensure that program goals are not impacted

Prepare the GTM Business Function Solutions Communication, Presentation and Workshop document package (if required) Written Reports. Supplier shall provide a Weekly Status Update (report) to the Program Director Progress, Issues, Risks, Escalations Business Analyst Supplier shall provide the following Work to Cisco.
