Job Description:

- Solicit new and Validate existing User Requirements from end users

- Solicit non-functional Requirements from Project Technical Resources

- Analyze/Interpret/Perform Gap Analysis for all Requirements documentation

- Create all formal requirements Documents deliverables as required (DOORS experience a plus)

- Assist Contracts/Procurement to create RFI/RFQ/RFP - help with Vendor Selection process

- Collect and Help Evaluate RFQ/RFP responses and create Vendor Scorecard and process

- Drive Agile teams to move Project requirements into Product backlogs, then into manageable iterations, then written User stories.

- Trace Solution Design/Architecture Documents & Test Cases to Requirements (traceability) to ensure all requirements have been satisfied

- Drive consensus and sign-off of all requirements artifacts from Project stakeholders

skill: Senior (7+ yrs)

Experience writing business cases

Experience writing functional and non-functional requirements for large software implementations DOORS Experience a Plus.
