Sr. SharePoint developer

Location: Washington DC

Prefer Citizen/GC/EAD H1 transfer OK

REQUIRD SKILLS:
-Extensive experience (7+ years) designing and implementing information systems and collaborative platforms within government/public/private sector agencies.
-Ability to understand and document step-by-step complex business process requirements (e.g. document flows).
-Demonstrated, outstanding analytical skills as applied to the critical evaluation of processes/systems against business objectives, including pro-actively identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification and streamlining, and initiative in seeking out and assessing relevant, external best practices.
-Ability to map processes and matching system technical requirements completely and accurately.
-Ability to write/document requirements rapidly with attention to detail and understanding of underlying information and technical architecture.
-Ability to translate the requirements into applications that are simple, well integrated and that effectively support identified business needs.
-Excellent ability to conceptualize the big picture of how information systems fit together and are interlinked
-Knowledge of available and alternative technical solutions which would help achieve greater efficiency/effectiveness and their potential to integrate or replace existing platforms.
-Expert Knowledge in SharePoint 2010 Development and Customization.
-SharePoint 2010 Designer
-Visual Studio
-InfoPath forms
-Web Parts
-Work Flows
-Content Types
-Event Handlers
-Timer jobs
-Knowledge of additional computer programming languages and environments including XML, Visual Basic, SQL, C++ and J2ME, JavaScript and Ajax.
-Knowledge and experience with third party tools Telerik and Aspose.
-Knowledge and experience with web design tools, web servers and services.
-Knowledge of Active Directory,
-Proficiency in SharePoint 2010 infrastructure planning
-Solid understanding of SharePoint features, administration, security configuration and design.
-Hands on experience in Configuring SharePoint 2010 Service applications.
-Experience in configuring and managing indexing and search in SharePoint 2010.
-Knowledge of Windows Workflow Foundation 4.
-Dash boarding using built in features of SharePoint 2010 (Power Pivot, Performance Point).
-SQL Reporting Services 2008 r2.
-Knowledge of the Banks technical and operational infrastructure, and ability to interact effectively with ISG, and other units on policy and technical issues is preferred.-Proven ability to work in a team atmosphere and support other technical staff.
-Excellent inter-personal skills.
-Mature judgment and discretion, especially in dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information and situations.
-Strong drive, energy and self-motivation.
-Ability to communicate verbally and in writing complex ideas in simple terms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintain and support the existing eCenter applications (EDS Statements, Staff Statements, and Board Attendance)
-Develop additional eCenter modules as the team prepares to migrate existing systems and revised business processes to SharePoint 2010.
