Description:

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 6+ years experience in: testing & test planning; automated testing; writing test cases; test scripts and working with formal test methodologies.
- 4+ years experience in: testing in a client/server environment; testing and/or programming in an ASP.Net.
- 2+ years experience in: QTP automated test tool; Quality Center; Net Programming.
- 1+ year of experience programming in C#.
- The ability to translate a variety of technical information into understandable terms and present results to a variety of audiences - both technical and non-technical.
- Proven application of industry-standards, methodology, and terminology relating to software/systems quality assurance and testing.
- Demonstrated ability at advanced troubleshooting and problem solving issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others at all levels.
- Proven ability to work both independently and within a team environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find successful resolutions for moderate to complex issues, escalating those that require management involvement, when necessary.
