Technical experience:
- 6+ years experience in managing a large global Citrix environment (150+ Citrix servers) preferably in Financial industry
- Extremely knowledgeable and highly proficient in architecting and engineering best practices, implementation and support of Citrix XenApp and related technologies.
- Real world knowledge of fundamental and advanced concepts, best practices, procedures and experience in a global 24/7 Citrix environment.
- Strong Wintel background
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of running Citrix in a virtual environment
- Good knowledge of networking
- Good knowledge of end user technologies

Job Responsibilities
- Interact with architecture/engineering/development groups as well as other staff to ensure optimized support. Strong operations experience
- Review system performance measurement tools and prepare exception reports for management review.
- Direct junior members of staff around daily activities
- Provide level 3 support other support staff (such as helpdesk) and to end users
- Providing documentation and or training to operations and helpdesk staff to resolve Citrix support issues, such as PC settings and Citrix client updates, printing, user account issues, etc. Able to work independently and shows initiative
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
- Candidate will work in Wilton, CT office with occasional trips to New York or Livingston, NJ for meetings etc
