Project:

Define and apply a structured process management approach and methodology to build and monitor departmental business processes and procedures.

-Analyze current procedures and processes, and develop future state processes and procedures.

-Enforce a structured process management approach and methodology to build and monitor departmental and corporate processes and procedures under the guidance of direct manager.

-Simulate and test processes and procedures where appropriate.

-Communicate change and provide training to impacted business units.

-Challenge and brainstorm with management to continuously evaluate their teams procedures and processes to eliminate inefficiencies.

-Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications / Education

A Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university or equivalent experience is required.

Mortgage Industry, Capital Markets and Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) background preferred.

Experience:

3+ years of Business Process Management or Analysis experience is required.

Experience in training and curriculum development is highly preferred
