Job Title: SQL Developer (091813-MELTAY-IO32-E-RAJ)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Duration: 6 months+

Employment Type: 1099/ W2


Job Description:

LOCAL CANDIDATES TO MN ONLY


- Expert level experience writing complex stored procedures in large complex environments

- Proven experience performance tuning complex stored procedures

- Self driven and able to work with minimum supervision

- Experience working in Agile environment

The preferred candidate:

- Will have senior level experience writing SQL with at least one year of experience with Microsoft TSQL.

- Must be able to develop SQL queries of medium to high complexity.

- Can document and explain all development steps needed to import raw data and convert into reporting and analytics using Excel.

- Can design, develop and document data models of moderate to high complexity and deploy in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.

- Developing reports at the direction of management to support analysis of control effectiveness and trends in inherent and residual risk In addition to items in the above job description

- Ability to develop an understanding of business processes and business data

- Experience in developing analytic reports using Excel pivot tables

- Demonstrated capability to automate processes

- Understanding of business processes and business drivers relevant to Wholesale Banking

- Solid financial service industry business knowledge

- Team player, ability to collaborate effectively to accomplish business goals
