.NET TECHNICAL LEAD
Location: Fremont
Travel to gulf countries will be needed as part of this project and familiarity with Arabic language will be helpful.
The position requires constant communication with customers, developers and testers located around the globe to lead design, develop and implement next generation software.
· Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
· Manage next generation Identity Management product release. This involves working with Core engineering group, Product Management and 3rd party companies.
· Produce design documents that describe the software solution being requested. Maintain development/design history, meeting minutes, and project documentation
· Develop next generation cross-platform desktop/web applications using future ready web technologies (i.e. Nodejs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Aurelia, AngularJs, Electron, .NetCore (C#))
· Deep functional knowledge and hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc ..) is needed
· Participate and lead code reviews, unit test reviews and designs
· Participate in Scrum project planning, estimation, solution
· Strong listener with willingness to learn

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BS/MS in CS, EE, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Extensive experience in desktop using .Net and web applications using Nodejs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, .NetCore (C#)
· Extensive experience in Networking such as Load Balancing, High Availability and Distributed Systems design.
· Strong knowledge of REST, JSON, SOA in enterprise level applications
· Database design and development knowledge, including but not limited SQL and NOSQL.
· Experience with Database Clustering solution design, a plus.
· Experience with Aurelia and Electron, a plus
· Experience with CouchBase and N1QL Query language, a plus
· Experience with Fingerprint Biometric (understanding of fingerprint processing, minutiae feature, Exemplar fingerprint, Latent fingerprint), a plus
· Knowledge and practice of UML concepts and deliverables
· Experience with Unit Testing and TDD
· 7 years of experience in managing highly-complex, technically-challenging projects.
