Position: Business Analyst (12716-GEN-IO25-EDPR)

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Visa status: GC or Citizens only.

Summary:
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to work as part of a smaller component team (3-5 people) and the larger product management team for this program is 10-15 people.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working in a Business Analyst role
• Subject matter expertise in quality reporting
• 3+ years product development or product management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have some technical skills, including experience with data exchanges
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and Visio)
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Product development or product management experience

• Ability to work with multiple teams in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

• Elicit business requirements from stakeholders; identify problems that need to be solved; understand stakeholder pain points, what keeps them up at night, and any roadblocks to growth
• Document business requirements: Write process flows, swim lane diagrams and solution context documents
• Work with User Experience team to do wireframes/mockups
• Write user stories, participate in sprint planning, UAT
• Work with development team to define solutions
• Data work: Define file layouts; understand upstream/downstream impacts to data flow
• Train: Train end users (via WebEx); work with documentation team to write task-based training guides; demonstrate application to stakeholders
• Understand data privacy and government regulations
