Position: Business Objects Subject Matter Expert

Location: Woodlawn, MD

Duration: Long Term

Visa Status: Citizen, GC and EAD (No Crop2Crop)

 

Description of Work:

·       Responsible for analysis, design, and development of Business Objects environment and reports.

·       Identify areas for improvement related to Business Objects report design, development, and delivery.

·       Maintenance and review of Business Objects Universes.

·       Liaise with business customers and business analysts to support the design of intuitive end user reporting.

·        Using hands-on experience, training sessions and materials, and knowledge transfer, increase understanding of programming techniques and design principles.xpert.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities.

·        Must have at least 14 years experience with a bachelor's degree.

·       12+ years database analysis/development/report design/building experience.

·       Strong expertise in Business Objects.

·       In depth knowledge of Universe Design concepts and expertise in designing Universe(s).

·       Creation of forms, dashboards, metrics, scorecards.

·       Provide knowledge sharing to users on how to use the Business Intelligence platform.

·       Experience with identifying issues related to statistical analysis, recommending options and implementing solutions.

·       Strong written and oral communication skills.

·       Experience within Call Center type environments as it relates to reporting and analysis.
