Job Title: ITIL Specialist (Ref Code: 4-10-12 KF 1)

Skills Needed:
ITIL Specialist with in depth knowledge of ITIL transition and operational Felicle phases, specifically Change, Release, and Problem Management for an enterprise organization. 
 ITIL Foundation certification a must 
 Experience in Operations is a must 
 Experience in Incident Management, Change, and Problem Management 
 Experience Required: 
 ITIL Foundation certification a must 
 Experience in Operations is a must 
 Strong background in Operations, Incident, Change, Problem Management or Service Level Management 
 Ideal experience with developing or modifying processes and procedures. 
 Lead the effort for change within the organization 
 Must be able to monitor compliance of Clients policies 
 Develop reports on compliance using Crystal Reports 
 Provide training and guide staff on the procedures. 
 Must have a broad knowledge of IT application and infrastructure changes to evaluate potential impact on the business and users. 
 Making sure that the new processes are implemented and adhered to. 
 Querying reports in SQL 
 Experience with Remedy (7.6)
