Specific Position Responsibilities:

Work on the PeopleSoft Financials Production Support Team by providing functional and business expertise for the Commitment Control (KK) Module to address production issues associated with:

1.    Negative balances

2.    Purchase Orders (POs) in budget error

3.    Balances not recorded properly in KK ledgers

4.    Ledger reconciliation items

Specific Position Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

5+ years with PeopleSoft Financials

Commitment Control implementation and production support experience with at least three separate companies; experience must include independently configuring the product for production use

Experience with the Project Costing Module with at least three separate companies; experience must include product configuration

Very knowledgeable with resolving PO budget errors

Sound understanding of the KK table structures

Capable of writing basic SQL scripts to resolve data issues to reconcile ledgers, PO budget errors, and negative balances

Experience with the Project Costing module's 'Funds Distribution' process and the 'Finalize Budget' functionality
