Duration: 6 Months
Description
The accomplished individual will possess
3+ years of process business analysis experience with solid knowledge of HR Talent Acquisition
and engagement processes with a minimum of 2 years experience in one or more areas: HR report writing,
HR data analysis, creation of HR analytics, ERP or database maintenance, or HR digital records management.
Strong analytical and planning skills
Process, quality, and/or continuous improvement focused
Detail-oriented problem solver with ability to interpret data into actionable recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication with experience working with all levels of management
Experience with the design and documentation of process flow diagrams.
Experience building governance models and programs for corporate Social Media program
Ability to manage project work design to delivery
Ability to facilitate discussions with a global team, recognizing cultural differences
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
Ability to understand, simplify, and document complex topics that span business and technology
Proven ability to work independently and proactively
An outstanding professional will have the following credentials
Minimum BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
Success Factors experience a plus
Skills in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, MS Access, and BI tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or alternative mapping tool
