Position: Business Rules Developer

Location: Reston, VA

Duration: 6+ months

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
6+ years of experience in application of business rules technology
5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Rule Designer, DecisionCenter, Decision Server OR ILOG.
5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing business object models and execution object models for large applications.
4+ years of experience in planning, testing, and acceptance of business rules applications
6+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, XML, LINUX, SOA, Web Services, Weblogic
Experience in developing large scale, complex applications with high performance needs
Experience in developing shared services
Experience with SDLC and Agile software development practices
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and project teams
Knowledge of the US Residential Mortgage Industry is a plus

RESTful WebService using JSON format
JavaScript
JQuery on Backbone framework
