Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator that will support the configuration, design and continued operations of the Salesforce platform across the enterprise. S/he will drive continuous improvements of the Salesforce platform and support the organization by instituting appropriate security, identifying new functionality, and driving automation to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project manager and developer in the design, configuration and build of Salesforce tools.
- Work with Business Users to better understand business processes and needs.
- Setup and creation of sharing roles, profiles, configuration and security.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience working within standardized SDLC practices
- 3-5 yrs of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator for Enterprise edition or higher
- 3-5 yrs of experience integrating Salesforce.com with other application exchange partners
- 3-5 years of experience with large and small-scale application architecture functions
- Creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validation and system triggers
- Managing multiple users security setup, profiles, roles, etc.
- Experience training users
- Ability to coordinate with implementation partners, other IT managers and developers in providing solution suggestions and constructive feedback.
- Keen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from operational and technical perspective
- Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and engage management as needed.
